Stuart N. Kaplan is the Founder and President of KSGRMG. Mr. Kaplan also serves as Senior Managing Partner of the affiliated law firm of Kaplan Sconzo & Parker, P.A.

Mr. Kaplan was born in the Bronx, New York and graduated from Tulane University in 1986. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from Hofstra School of Law in 1989. Mr. Kaplan is admitted to both the New York State Bar as well as the Florida Bar.

In 1995, Mr. Kaplan received an appointment with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent. Mr. Kaplan was assigned to the New York FBI’s Special Operations Division and White Collar Squad. There he worked some of the most important cases in FBI history to include the Centennial Bombing and TWA Flight 800 investigation. In 2001 Mr. Kaplan received a speciality transfer to the Miami Division where he was involved in the Anthrax and 9/11 investigations. In 2003 Mr. Kaplan was assigned to a long term undercover operation.

After leaving the FBI, Mr. Kaplan returned to the practice of law and in 2010 founded the law firm of Kaplan & Sconzo P.A. In 2015, the firm expanded and became Kaplan Sconzo & Parker, P.A. Mr. Kaplan has been involved in some of the most complex legal issues in the U.S. Courts throughout the country. Based upon Mr. Kaplan’s extensive investigative expertise he has been regularly called upon to assist other law firms in the joint representation of their clients.

Mr. Kaplan has appeared on numerous newscasts related to issues of great public concern and is recognized as a leading expert in global terrorism and counter terrorism matters.
