KSGRMG PRIVACY POLICY
KSGRMG operates within the laws and guidelines for confidentiality and privacy of information as set forth under federal and state statutes, along with the governing bodies impaneled to oversee entities involved in investigations and protection services. As specifically set forth in Chapter 493 of the Florida Statutes, Section 493.6119, without written consent from our client, KSGRMG will not divulge or release to anyone other than our client the contents of an investigative file acquired in the course of licensed investigative activity. We rely entirely upon the information provided to us during the initial consultation, as well as obtained during the course of the subsequent investigation into the facts set forth by the client, all of which remains confidential. Upon retaining KSGRMG, the client must provide and confirm identifying personal information to include: drivers’ license, date of birth, address and billing information (if paying via Credit Card). In furtherance of the investigative or protection services requested by the client, we also obtain any and all pertinent information on the subject of the investigation. Such information generally includes personal descriptive information such as height, weight, hair color, etc. as well as vehicle information. The purpose of obtaining this information is to ascertain the purpose of the investigation, and further to ensure that the investigation falls within the guidelines, laws, and statutes set forth above.

KSGRMG is committed to ensuring that the information the client provides is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure KSGRMG has implemented the essential electronic, managerial and operational measures and procedures to safeguard the information that we collect.  KSGRMG computer systems are equipped with state-of-the-art firewalls, and can only be accessed by authorized users who have created their own protected passwords. Any Credit Card information that the client provides is encrypted for extra-safety.

AS set forth in Florida Statute 493.6119 KSGRMG may be required to release the information contained within a client’s investigative file to comply with a court order, an investigation by a law enforcement agency or an official investigation by a duly authorized governing entity.
